Daily Inputs

iOS · In Development

Know your
inputs.

A supplement journal built for people who are serious about their stack. Not a reminder app. Not a pill tracker. A proper record of what you take, when you change it, and why.

The gap

Every metric tracked.
Zero record of what you take.

You track your sleep, your HRV, your VO₂ max. But your supplement stack lives in your head — or worse, a Notes app. When something changes, there's no record of it.

"Was I taking one or two of these a day? When did I drop the ashwagandha — was it the sleep thing or the cortisol thing? Which brand of omega-3 was the one that actually worked?"

No baseline to return to

When you cycle off something or switch brands, you've lost the thread. You can't compare before and after.

No record of reasoning

You made that change for a reason. Six months later, you can't remember what it was — or whether it worked.

No ingredient visibility

Multiple products often stack the same nutrient. Without totals, you don't know your actual daily intake.

No history for your doctor

If a physician asks what you've been taking for the past year, the honest answer is "I'm not sure."

What it does

Built for your actual use case.

Daily Inputs is designed around the ritual you already have — filling your weekly organizer. We turn that moment into a permanent record.

📓

Timestamped stack history

Every change — new product, dose adjustment, brand switch — is recorded with the date and an optional note on why.

101,945 supplements indexed

The NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database, fully searchable. Multi-token search with ranked results. No internet required after first load.

Ingredient totals + RDI

See your actual daily intake across all products — Vitamin D from four sources, EPA+DHA combined, magnesium forms separated.

📷

Barcode scanner

Scan a supplement bottle and it auto-fills. Product name, brand, serving size — no typing required.

AI stack analysis

Export your full stack as a formatted prompt for Claude or ChatGPT. Contextualized with your goals, age, and current regimen.

🔒

Fully local, no account

Your health data never leaves your device. No subscription, no server, no account required. Ever.

How it works

One ritual. One minute.

The whole app is designed around a single weekly moment — fill day. Everything else builds from there.

01

Fill up

Open the app when you fill your organizer. Your current stack is right there — search by name, brand, or scan the barcode.

02

Confirm or update

Nothing changed? Tap done in ten seconds. Swapped a brand or added something new? Update it. Add a note. The diff is recorded automatically.

03

Review your record

Scroll back through months of changes. See ingredient totals. Export to AI. Show your doctor. That's the whole app.

Built differently

No wellness cheerfulness.
No gamification. No data harvesting.

Daily Inputs treats you like an adult who manages their health deliberately. It doesn't send you streaks, push notifications, or badges. It keeps a record. That's it.

🔐 Your data is yours

Everything you log is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We have no server, no database, no visibility into what you take. When you delete the app, everything goes with it.

📊 Inputs, not outcomes

We log what you put in your body, not how you feel about it. No mood tracking, no symptom logs, no correlation theater. If the data isn't actionable, it's not in the app.
